• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by US law


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos and order details

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


7. Exchanges
